Where Purpose Meets Prosperity.

Empowering, equipping & elevating Black-owned businesses.

Welcome to the official site of the Black Business Administration (BBA)

We are a mission-driven, for-profit entity dedicated to empowering, equipping, and elevating Black-owned
businesses through intentional economic development, strategic services, and public-private partnerships.

At BBA, we believe that economic equity isn’t just an idea — it’s a necessary infrastructure. As a proposed
independent governmental agency, we are building a powerful platform that provides access to capital,
strategic consulting, policy advocacy, technical support, and capacity-building services designed specifically
